Big Fat Smile is a values-led, not-for-profit, non-government organisation which provides high quality care and education for children from birth until 12 years, national and state-wide inclusion services as part of a national consortia and operates many community-based services for children and families. These include transition to school and supported playgroups.

**What you will do**

The DSR Trainee is a member of the Digital Solutions & Resources team. The role of DSR Trainee is to support staff in the use of ICT hardware, peripherals and software, and to work with other members of the DSR team in the administration, monitoring and maintenance of Big Fat Smile's infrastructure and key systems.

**What you need to** **succeed**
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated problem solving ability
- An interest in technology with a strong desire to learn new technologies, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to work well with others, collaborate on projects, and contribute to team goals in an IT setting.
- Demonstrated commitment to meet the theoretical and practical requirements of the traineeship
- Knowledge of Microsoft software and operating systems ideal including:

- MS Windows 10/11
- Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc

Cleared Valid for paid work, Working with Children's Check (WWCC)
