Our state-of-the-art facility specializes in producing high-quality plastic pellets from recycled materials. We are seeking a highly skilled **Plant Manager** to lead operations at our recycling facility.
**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage daily operations of the recycled plastic pellets plant, ensuring productivity targets are met.
- Supervise and lead plant staff, providing guidance and training to improve performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and optimize the use of resources.
- Monitor equipment performance and oversee maintenance to prevent downtime.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, quality control) to ensure smooth plant operations.
- Manage budgets and control operational costs.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, such as production output, waste reduction, and energy efficiency.
**Qualifications**:
- **5+ years of experience** in plant management in plastics, recycled plastic products.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Knowledge of plastic recycling processes and equipment is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and environmental regulations.
