**About the role**

**Based in Regents Park, Sydney**, we are seeking an experienced **Commercial Manager** to be a part of the New South Wales Infrastructure team. Fostering a collaborative and supportive framework with your team and commitment to helping Abergeldie delivering projects in a safe and efficient manner are what we consider to be important elements for success in the role.

**Your responsibilities**
- Lead the commercial aspects of our PreContracts activities
- Provide a strong delivery experience when assisting our bid and project teams with a variety of commercial matters
- Provide assistance with corporate commercial matters
- Have a strong interface with internal and external lawyers

**What you need**
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or Equivalent.
- Demonstrated experience in Commercial Management within Water sector (Highly desirable)
- Experience in NEC 4 Contract space
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Innovation and leadership.
- Commitment to contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Positive and pro-active approach towards teamwork.
