We are currently seeking enthusiastic Domestic Assistants to join our Bethanie Waters Aged Care Home. Bethanie Waters is a 160 bed modern aged care facility located in Port Kennedy, providing clinical support and a secure area for local residents.

This role is currently being offered on a Permanent Part Time basis, working 31.5 hours per week on the below roster pattern;
- Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday (8:30am - 4:30pm)
- Saturday & Sunday (8:30am - 3:00pm)

**About the Role**:
As a Domestic with Bethanie, it will be your responsibility to maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of all communal areas and client’s rooms, whilst overseeing the effective day to day running of the facility.
- Ensuring bathrooms, toilets, furniture, fittings, floors and communal areas are kept clean and tidy
- Ensuring supplies are stocked within the facility
- Liaise with other Bethanie employees to ensure the needs of clients are met
- Ensuring client's personal clothing is individually labelled, and put away in their rooms, identifying items that require mending

**About You**:

- Possess a passion for, and previous experience working as a Domestic Assistant ideally in an aged care, hospital or similar environment
- Have a “can do” attitude and a genuine compassion for our residents
- Reliable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate both orally and written
- Willingness to uphold the vision, mission and values of The Bethanie Group
- A current police clearance or willingness to get one
