Prodigious, a part of Publicis Groupe, is currently seeking a passionate and ambitious Multi Media Designer to join their content team. Prodigious recently launched Prodigious PLAY, our agile creative content division. A digitally led offering, with integrated specialists and expanded capabilities across content strategy, creative, social and production. We design and deliver bespoke content experiences for our clients, shooting in our purpose-built studios. We work collaboratively with our client partners to create and produce high-calibre content for brands.

**Role Description**:
**Who we're looking for**

**Core Responsibilities**

Reporting into the content lead, this role will involve:

- Interpretation of creative layouts into working art files.
- Interpretation of production and technical briefs into despatch ready files
- Completion of all briefs within the allocated time
- Completion of all tasks within the allocated budget
- Upholding Prodigious Creative, Studio and Production standards of quality
- Flagging of potential overages in head hours before they incur
- Upholding all Studio and Production processes
- Participate in New Business Pitch preparation - documents, boards, working models etc.
- The ability to understand and interpret creative briefs
- Proactively identify new and creative approaches to elevate the quality of work produced for our clients
- Use your deep understanding of the full adobe suite, with a specific focus on motion and animation to produce visually outstanding designs
- Understand different brands and how visual communications creates impact on audiences
- Communicate work and explain the rational around a certain approach to your design work

**Qualifications**

**Core requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years agency experience creating finished art based on creative brief and production requirements
- Experience working on social on a FCMG brand.
- An understanding of the nuances, guidelines, and processes of working on a large client
- Strong creative and graphic design skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills (primary in Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Affect Effects, Animate, Acrobat)
- Understanding of print, digi display and AOOH asset requirements and production processes
- Great understanding of internal Studio costs - resources and consumables
- Great understanding of the Creative processes within an integrated agency
- Financially responsible - respecting project budgets and timelines
- Deadline focused - meeting all milestones, internal
