Visitor Services Supervisor

ACT Historic Places is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Visitor Services Supervisor for three of the ACTs most significant cultural heritage sites - Lanyon Homestead, Calthorpe’s House and Mugga Mugga Cottage. The Visitor Services Supervisor role sits with the Visitor Experience and Interpretation Team and is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service and visitor experiences through the delivery, supervision and administration of museum tours, learning and public programs, events, retail and front of house services to a diverse range of visitors. This role is responsible for the Visitor Services Officers and Volunteers, including rostering and training organisation.
The Visitor Services Supervisor reports to the Visitor and Commercial Services Coordinator and is expected to work collaboratively with all members of ACT Historic Places teams as required. This is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to the ACT’s rich cultural tourism offerings.
**Note**: This is a permanent part time position available at four days per week (29.4 hours). The full time salary noted above will be paid pro rata.
