This Service Manager role is to oversee a large OSHC service in Byford, **with an existing team of Coordinators, Assistant Coordinators, and Educators, this service is designed for excellence.** Licensed for over 100 children per day, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and grow a high-quality OSHC program.

**In addition to paid admin hours every week, every term you will have opportunities for professional development and staff meetings.** As a part of a national company, we have centralised teams to manage administrative tasks, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional experiences for children and leading your team

**About the role**:
Leading a team of Coordinators and Educators, you will manage a service in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state-specific office, regular visits and mentorship from an experienced Regional Leader. The role is fulltime (38 hours per week), structured in block shifts to support work-life balance, with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, along with responsibilities as an Educational Leader.

**Who We’re Looking For**

No formal experience? No problem We’ll provide all the training you need. We’re looking for someone who:

✔️ Holds (or is willing to obtain) a National Police Check and a Working with Children check
