Our client has a unique range of boutique retirement villages in Sydney, Melbourne, Geelong, Brisbane, Gold Coast and Hobart. They are seeking a payroll officer to step in for two months on a part time basis, 2/3 days a week to oversee the payroll function.

**This is a fully remote role, they are needing an immediate starter.**

**About the role**
- Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and on time.
- Calculating wages, deductions, and taxes while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with HR and Finance team to verify employee data and resolve discrepancies.
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining meticulous records and preparing reports for auditing purposes.

**About you**
- Recent experience with MicrOpay.
- Experience working with Award based payrolls and paying shift workers.
- You are immediately available.
- You are set up to work remotely.
