**What we're looking for**:

- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Passion for retail and customer service excellence
- Consultative selling experience with proven ability to train and coach in the art of consultative selling
- Passionate about visual presentation, stock accuracy, and creating memorable customer experiences
- Exposure to high volume, large format retailing
- Strong delegation with a focus on optimising team productivity
- Ability to manage inventory and operations efficiently (especially for Retail Inventory Lead role)
- Team players with positive, can-do attitudes
