**About the Role**

The Elective Services Manager, is a senior leadership nursing role within the Surgery and Interventional Services program. The Elective Services Manager manages the perioperative liaison nurse and clerical team to ensure Monash Health delivers a high standard of patient centred care. The Elective Services Manager manage would ensure Department of Health Wait list compliance and management.

**About You**:

- Registered with Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
- Senior leadership experience
- Significant relevant surgical nursing experience and/or relevant post graduate studies
- Demonstrated maturity and accountability for clinical decision making
- Current and satisfactory Police Check (must also comply with Aged Care Act 1997 Accountability Amendment Principles 2012 if working in Aged Care settings)
- Current and satisfactory Employee Working With Children Check

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Post graduate qualification studies in nursing leadership or management, or working towards same.
- Leadership experience
