**About the role**:

- People leader position, supervising a small team of sales people.
- Customer service and sales.
- Coaching and development of team in sales and product knowledge.
- Responsible for all ordering, invoicing and coordinating deliveries.
- Rostering.
- Reporting on weekly numbers - Sales, Strike rate, ATV, foot traffic.

- You will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)

We are Original Mattress Factory (OMF). We opened our very first store in 2006 in Prospect, NSW and we have grown to become 50 retail stores across 4 states (and growing). At the heart of what we do, we believe in providing good quality, innovative, comfortable mattresses supported by **exceptional customer service** at a value price.

**Essentials / desirables**
- A big smile and positive, winning, attitude.
- Previous management experience, ideally in a retail environment.
- Familiar with an online POS system and / or able to pick up new systems quickly.

**Salary**: $58,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
