**About the Company**

This NSW government agency is a major service provider who strives to deliver a more consistent and efficient experience within government. This government agency uses data and behavioural insights to drive improvements with government and providing services to NSW. We are looking for someone to start ASAP for a 8 Month Contract, paying up to $1321 P/D Incl Super. This role is located in Sydney Olympic Park (hybrid).

**About the Role**

The Program Manager is responsible for the design and delivery of a major program through consultation, planning and facilitating the input of all stakeholders while ensuring the establishment and allocation of resources to support the program.
- Ensure that the program is managed and delivered to a professional standard and in accordance with policies, standards, and procedures (both business and technical including information security) from relevant legislation, and NSW Government requirements
- Provide direct support and executive program advice to the Executive Director IPOS & Business, in relation to effective program management
- Analyse, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and
stakeholders
- Leadership at a team and senior level and negotiate issues and solutions across the division and organisational boundaries including with the client group(s) and internal and external stakeholders
- Lead, motivate and develop the program / project delivery team through day to day and formal performance management processes to facilitate achievement of business goals
- Ensure that customer needs, expectations and satisfaction are proactively managed including compliance
with client specifications and quality assurance standards
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and
develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for initiatives
- Proactively monitor program overall progress, manage risks, resolve issues and initiate corrective action as
appropriate
- Maintain overall integrity and coherence of the program. Develop and maintain the program environment
to support each individual project within it and their interdependencies together with dependencies with
other Programs of Work

**About You**
- Demonstrated experience as a Program Manager
- Certified in Program and Project Management Methodologies, preferably practitioner level of Managing
Successful Programs (MSP) and PRINCE2, demonstrated skills and experience in using these methodologies in delivering ICT programs
- Understanding of government and corporate management policies, procedures, guidelines, and legislation
- Demonstrated experience working on integrated platforms and data silos.
