Warwick Farm, Australia c- SAFE Logistics Full time

Australia-wide, family owned and operated, fragile freight transport company is looking for a talented and experienced Offsider / All Rounder to join their Sydney team.

This role will be reporting directly to the Despatch Manager, and will be trained in all aspects of supporting drivers with delivering and collecting clients goods, unloading & loading both local and interstate trucks, loading and unloading interstate containers, assisting drivers on some early morning and/or evening jobs.

**DETAILS**:

- Loading/unloading freight from trucks
- Assisting Despatch Manager with general responsibilities
- Maintaining clean and tidy warehouse and trucks
- Immediate start, hourly rate $30/hr (above the award)
- All deliveries are on Pantech’s with tailgate unload, but access to plenty of equipment available to minimise labour as much as possible
- Hours can vary, but aiming for between 35-45 hours a week
- Mostly daytime hours with rare weekend work, occasional evenings and early mornings
- Immediate start ideal
- Casual employment initially, progress available (casual, full time)

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Good health and fitness level
- Strong availability for shift work
- Be a team player with good communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Previous experience in fragile freight or furniture is highly regarded
- LF forklift highly regarded

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 45 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:
