We are on the lookout for an AMAZING **Store Manager** to take our store in **St Ives** to the next level

As Manager of one of our smaller, more intimate stores, this is your chance to truly lead from the front. You’ll guide a passionate DREAMTEAM, deliver AMAZING customer experiences, and shape the store’s atmosphere like it’s your own boutique. This role is about impact — driving results, inspiring your team, and being the face of DECJUBA for our loyal local community. From personalised styling and creative VM flips every fortnight, to hitting ambitious goals while still enjoying work-life balance, every week brings variety, creativity, and purpose.
