**About the role**
As the Product and Pricing Analyst, you will report to the Pricing and Insights Lead, playing a crucial role in guiding TUH's decision-making process in line with its strategic objectives and managing risks effectively.
Your responsibilities will extend to analysing member and provider behaviours, providing valuable insights, and recommending actions that prioritize the best interests of our members.
The key responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Analyse complex datasets to reveal underlying patterns, correlations, and trends to identify customer/provider behavioural segments and changes in behaviours.
- Engage with key stakeholders to provide advice and support to understand all relevant pricing and analytics, manage expectations around product design and pricing outcomes, reporting requirements and develop scope documents.
- Execute the delivery of reporting and analytics to stakeholders with the goal of turning complex data into actionable insights and intuitive visualisations.
- Enhance and optimise existing reports and data extracts considering relevant dependencies to ensure accurate and efficient data analysis and reporting.
- Accurately follow procedures for operational processes such as periodical reporting and data provision.
- Serve as a central point of contact for the seamless implementation of product changes and adoption of updated products.
- Update and develop business documentation material including procedures and training material for product changes.
**About you**
- You are a passionate and highly experienced product and pricing analyst, with a strong drive to identify, develop and deliver insights that influences and informs business decisions.
- You are degree qualified in a quantitative discipline with 2+ years work experience in a relevant field such as financial services, database management, business intelligence analysis and reporting
- You enjoy working collaboratively with a team of like-minded people to find the best solutions for the overall purpose of the organisation.
- You will bring strong communication skills and will present confidently when engaging with a wide range of stakeholders both internal and external to the business.
- You are experienced with data structures and have a deep understanding of data visualisations.
- You are technically strong in Excel, SQL, MS PowerBI and able to manipulate large data sets to deliver business insights.
