**The Opportunity**:
As a Yards Person / Trade Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining our yard and assisting tradespeople in daily operations. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will help ensure efficiency and safety on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard and equipment.
- Assist tradespeople with various tasks, including traffic management.
- Coordinating transport in and out of the facility.
- Receipting of new shipments of Forklifts from the wharf and processing incoming and de-hire inspections.
- Conducting drop offs and pick-ups as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Ability to communicate information accurately and effectively.
- Good organisational skills.
- Mechanically minded with a basic understanding of tools and equipment used in the Light Automotive industry.
- Strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Safety focussed mindset, demonstrating safe behaviour at all times.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
