**Position Summary**: We’re looking for a passionate Pega quality manager with strong communication skills, knowledge, and experience in Pega product having domain skills in banking and financial services to perform quality engineering activities and focus on the delivery of valuable outcomes and ensures alignment to client and customer needs. **Mandatory Skills**: - 12+ Years of experience in banking domain. - Experience in quality engineering on Pega version 8.6. - Experience in pega debugging tools like clipboard, tracer, dev studio, admin studio etc. - Experience in payment investigations domain using Smart Investigation framework. - Experience in Pega upgrade testing from 7.x to 8.x. - In depth knowledge in domestic and cross border payment workflows. - Experience working with API Automation tools such as Postman. - Experience in Splunk testing. - Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence or qtest. - Experience with automation tool TOSCA. - Experience in core banking. - Experience in leading a team of 18+ members. - Experience in agile/scrum methodology. - Experience handling integration testing across channels (5+ channels). **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Expertise in Pega smart investigation framework for implementing MT/MX investigation processes as per the latest ISO 20022 standards. - Expertise in planning and implementation of the end-to-end test strategy for Pega upgrade release. - Expertise in understanding, analyzing and consulting business requirements, tracking changes and maintenance of requirements including identifying the limitations of the product and customizations viable in line with the needs. - Proficient experience in different types of testing inclusive of functional (system, system integration), industry testing, UAT, Business verification testing, exploratory testing. - Ability to identify the Performance & Volume scope for each release. - Expertise of API testing using Postman Collection. - Experience in testing of logs/alerts captured in Splunk. - Expertise in getting involved in proposals from analysing high level requirements, developing a test strategy, estimations, and resourcing. - Ensuring all components provide quality and maintaining compliance with client processes and governing standards. - Working in AGILE methodology projects, participating in scrum ceremonies on daily basis, explaining the underlying defects & issues in scrum call in detail. - Lead different modules and interfaces and guide team member with proven ability to lead and motivate teams to maximize productivity. - Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. **Salary Range: >**$100,000 **Next steps**: **About Cognizant** LI-CTSAPAC
