- High-rise commercial and residential buildings in CBD and surrounding suburbs.
- High end $200Mil Resorts in regional areas.
- Major defence projects.
- Administrative buildings facilitating shipping ports.
- Major transport projects.
- Laboratories.
- We are currently the lead consultants on the Fremantle Bridge and the Causeway Bridges.

**What you’ll do**:

- Primary focus would be to complete the mechanical Detail design drafting for a major defence project to work on this project you MUST have a full working visa.
- You will be working with a team of BIM Modellers to develop the mechanical systems for the project but also assisting with model management and quality assurance of sub-consultant’s models. You will also assist in coordination with other disciplines, sub-consultants and other design partners e.g. architect.
- Utilise BIM tools and workflows to deliver small to large scale projects.
- Interpret BIM requirements and implement suitable BIM protocols.
- Ensure that accurate drawings and registration systems are produced according to supplied specifications and applicable standards, internal and external.
- Maintain technical standards as per contractual obligations.
- Liaise with external stakeholders and clients.

**About you**:

- Ideally be living in Perth or willing to relocate.
- Must have experience as a BIM modeller, drafter or technician in a similar role/capacity
- Must have proven experience working within the building services industry as a BIM Modeller, with Mechanical Services.
- Personal and technical skills to represent the company at an internal and external levels.
- A desire to develop your design skills.
- Excellent knowledge and strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks in both modelling and back-end program knowledge.
