REMA TIP TOP is seeking experienced Mechanical Technicians for current projects in the Pilbara region on various rosters.

**Duties and tasks - Boilermakers**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics
- Install and maintain mechanical systems, equipment, and machinery, including conveyor systems, pumps, and motors
- Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical problems and defects
- Fabricate and assemble structural metal products, including frames, scaffolding, and supports
- Cut, weld, and braze metal parts using welding and flame-cutting equipment
- Repair and maintain mechanical systems, including hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment
- Use hand and power tools to make precision cuts, measurements, and adjustments

**Duties and tasks - Conveyor Technicians**:

- Maintaining and repairing conveyor belt system’s associated components including but not limited to; scrapers, roller frames, skirting systems, belt cleaning systems, belt tracking units, transfer chutes, and conveyor structures
- Cleaning and adjusting primary and secondary cleaners, ploughs, and water control units
- Completing conveyor safety and operational inspections
- Adhere and possess strong commitment to workplace health and safety

**Job requirements for both positions**:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Trade Certificate
- High Risk Work Licence including Forklift, EWP, Dogging, Rigging etc
- Confined Spaces ticket
- Working at Heights ticket
- Gas Test Atmospheres ticket
