About the role

Join the team at Aussie Magnets as a full-time Pick-Packer, Warehouse Storeperson and All-Rounder based in Wetherill Park, NSW.

In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day running of our busy warehouse, ensuring efficient and organised storage and distribution of our products.

As a Pick-Packer, Warehouse Storeperson and All-Rounder here's what a typical day might look like for you:

  • Accurately pick, pack and dispatch customer orders
  • Receive, unload, and sort incoming goods and materials
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trolleys
  • Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
  • Manage general inquiries via online and phone in a professional manner
  • Contribute to a safe and collaborative work environment

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a pick-packer/storeperson/warehouse role
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • A positive, proactive attitude and a commitment to safety
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively and work autonomously.
  • Capable of handling manual tasks and working in a fast-paced environment
