**The Location**

Set in beautifully landscaped acreage alongside the **Currumbin Creek**, Bolton Clarke’s **Galleon Gardens** provides high-quality aged and dementia care in a friendly, secure and comfortable residential environment.

**The Role**

As a Personal Care Worker you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.

**This role is for Night Duty, across Monday - Saturday.**
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
- Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
- Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents.

**To be successful, you will have**:

- Night duty availability
- Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support
- Experience in care role highly regarded
- Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
- Complete a police check
- 2025 Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
- Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
