**ABOUT THE JOB**

Enjoy the perks of a residential hotel with early closing times and secure this opportunity to join our team, support senior management, and drive the day-to-day operations of the venue. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will possess a hands-on approach, exceptional ability to multi-task, and a passion for providing the ultimate customer experience. Utilising your leadership and service skills you will ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of our guests as your number one priority.
- Responsible for setting service standards and styles of service;
- Ability to cover other departments across the venue when required;
- Be part of our passionate team who will be dedicated to creating memorable experiences;
- Proactive and professional response to customer enquiries;
- Support and lead smooth, effective and efficient operations;
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards.

- Team player with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Prior experience in a hospitality management role
- Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
- Solid knowledge of beverage products and bar presentation
- Experience scheduling, managing, and training staff
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- RSA and RP Badge **(Essential)**:

- Gaming experience is beneficial but not essential
