Established in 1883, the **Maylands Hotel** is located in the stunning leafy backstreets of Adelaide's eastern suburbs. The hotel embodies old-world charm and authenticity with a modern twist. Our kitchen serves all-day dining with traditional pub classics and 'a little bit fancy' modern Australian dishes, complemented by an array of refreshing craft beers and local wines.

**ABOUT THE JOB**

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and drive the day-to-day service of the venue. As a key member of our hotel's team, you will possess a hands-on approach, exceptional ability to multi-task, and a passion for providing the ultimate customer experience. Utilizing your customer service skills and F&B knowledge you will ensure the comfort, safety, and enjoyment of our guests as your number one priority.
- Responsible for setting service standards and styles of service;
- Ability to cover other departments across the venue when required;
- Be part of our passionate team who will be dedicated to creating memorable experiences;
- Proactive and professional response to customer inquiries;
- Support and lead smooth, effective, and efficient operations;
- Adhering to all relevant health and safety and food safety standards.

- Team player with the ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
- Prior experience in a hospitality role
- Be motivated by a passion for quality and great service delivery
- Solid knowledge of beverage products and bar presentation
- Have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
