**Position: Female Support Worker**
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced female support worker to join our team in **Glenroy, VIC**. This role involves assisting clients with **household tasks** and **community participation**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting clients with household tasks, such as cleaning, meal preparation, and organizing.
- Supporting clients with community participation, including outings, appointments, and social activities.
- Building positive relationships with clients to foster trust and independence.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **1 year of experience** as a support worker or in a similar role.
- Valid **driver’s license** and access to a reliable vehicle with **full comprehensive insurance**.
- Compassionate and patient nature with strong interpersonal skills.
