About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and enthusiastic **Trainee** or **Certificate III Educator** to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to grow their career in early childhood education within a nurturing and professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and implementation of educational programs for children aged 0-5
- Create engaging, safe, and stimulating learning environments
- Foster strong relationships with children, families, and team members
- Assist in daily routines and care duties, including meals, rest, and hygiene
- Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

About You:

- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Willingness to learn and grow within a supportive team
- Hold (or be willing to enrol in) a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) for NSW
- First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 per week
