Tecside are seeking an experienced **Branch Coordinator** for our client, a national supplier of high quality cargo restraint equipment. This is a permanent full-time position based in their showroom at Wetherill Park, starting ASAP You will be required to work Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm.

**Duties may include**:

- Open and close branch daily as required
- Perform daily tasks in branch including counter selling, answering phone calls, processing orders, communicating with clients
- Daily showroom maintenance including replenishment of stock
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing goods
- Organise deliveries to clients and pickups from suppliers
- Attention to detail with regards to effective communication and time management.
- Sales and quotation preparation for counter sales
- Attend to customer claims including warranty and complaints process
- Daily housekeeping and maintenance of warehouse and counter sales areas
- Supervise branch in absence of Branch Manager

**Skills required**:

- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to positively engage customers and suppliers
- Superior organisation skills
- Time Management
- Resilience
- Work unsupervised and be self-motivated
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and lead by example
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Current Forklift Licence, or willing to obtain one
