A great opportunity for an experienced complaints officer or handler, to join a busy Federal Government Agency.

**About the role**:

- Managing complaints coming into the agency
- Assessing, recording, resolving and referring as required
- Managing escalated complaints and working to strict deadlines
- Drafting and sending high quality written correspondence
- Coordinating correspondence, briefing and reporting functions

**About you**:

- You will have previous experience of responding to complaints - both over the phone and written.
- You will have extensive experience of dealing with escalations and associated investigations.
- You will have strong communication skills - both over the phone and written.
- You will have high attention to detail.

**Benefits**:

- ASAP start (pending Federal Police Clearance)
- 12-month temporary assignment
- Full time hours - Monday to Friday 7.5 hours per day
- Located in Broadmeadows or Geelong
