Hilltop Childcare Centre Greystanes is on the search for a superstar centre manager to lead its wonderful centre

At Hilltop Childcare Centre we are dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe, and stimulating environment for children. Our team is committed to fostering the holistic development of each child, ensuring they thrive in their early years. We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Centre Manager to lead our team and support our mission.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the childcare centre, ensuring compliance with licensing regulations and quality standards.
- Lead, mentor, and support a diverse team of educators, promoting professional development and a positive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of all children in our care.
- Build strong relationships with families and the community, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
- Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to ensure the centre operates efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children and staff.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma as a minimum.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in a childcare setting, with at least 2-3 in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of early childhood development principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage a team and foster a positive work environment.
- First Aid and CPR certification
- WWCC

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 37.5 per week
