**Details of Role**:
As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you'll work with a diverse range of participants and their support networks (key stakeholders) to develop and implement a person-centred 'Behaviour Support Plan' (BSP). Our goal is to provide services in a manner that protects and gives expression to each participant’s human rights, whilst building skills and aiming to reduce or eliminating restrictive practices.

Our Behaviour Support Practitioners work in a Hybrid environment that normally consists of working from home and visiting participants to provide services.

**Requirements**:

- Psychology undergraduate degree
- Training in neuro psychology
- Minimum 3 years NDIS Behaviour Support experience
- Valid NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Valid Drivers Licence and third party insurance
- Reliable vehicle
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- Completion of NDIS module
- Established links with providers and support teams
- Can service the inner Sydney city suburbs
