The Role

This position sits within the People and Capability team and provides strategic and operational guidance and solutions regarding the firm's Diversity, Equity and Inclusion objectives. As the DEI Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders, executive leaders, and external partners to drive our DEI initiatives. Your influence will be vital in shaping our inclusive culture across the organisation.

This role offers a flexible hybrid model, combining time at our Docklands office (3008) with the option to work from home.

Bega Group promotes flexibility, and this role can operate full-time or part-time (four days a week) to support your work-life balance while meeting the DEI strategic requirements.

This role is a 12-month mat leave cover.

**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating closely with Senior Leaders, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committees, Employee Networks, this role focuses on executing and implementing activities aligned with the group's DEI goals.- Engage with stakeholders to drive change, lead initiatives, and execute strategies that foster an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, supported, and empowered to achieve their full potential.-
- Maintain and analyse metrics to measure the effectiveness of DEI programs and initiatives, regularly assess progress, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.- Leverage data insights, emerging trends, and internal needs to contribute to enhancing our DEI strategy and related initiatives.

About you- Similar experience in a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Management position, with a proven track record of implementing an existing strategy, gained in a large organisation, preferably with a large offline workforce.- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders to champion DEI- Initiatives while navigating ambiguity.- Ability to present, influence and work with senior leaders and positively impact Bega Group DEI journey.- An open, adaptable, and flexible mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams.
