A great opportunity exists to join Zurich’s General Insurance team as a Workers Compensation Assistant Underwriter.
In this varied role, you will be assisting the team of workers compensation underwriters by:
- Providing administration support by processing closings, endorsements, and all other general administrative tasks. This will include issuing policy documentation; phone enquires along with assisting with credit control issues.
- Ensure that all business is handed effectively and in line with our agreed service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with the underwriting team and other internal stakeholders.

- Solid administration and client service experience
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in software such as Outlook and Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment
