**EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - TEAM LEADER**

As a for-purpose organisation, Forsight provides Supported Independent Living shared accommodation for people with sensory impairments across Greater Sydney.

We are now taking expressions of interest from **Team Leaders** or **skilled Support Workers **looking to grow their career into a leadership position with an organisation that values its team members.

**ABOUT YOU**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- You are focused on supporting a team to help our clients achieve their goals and improve their quality of life
- Experience supporting clients with varying needs
- Enthusiastic, Kind, Diplomatic and Flexible personality.
- Minimum Cert III in Disability and or related discipline
- Minimum 6 months experience in a similar field.
- A current First Aid & CPR Certificate, Working With Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening check, or willingness to obtain certifications.
- Current driver’s licence
- The right to work in Australia
- Proof that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19

With 19 Shared Accommodation homes located throughout Greater Sydney and Illawarra regions, we provide a safe, comfortable and nurturing environment for our clients to belong, thrive and be their best.

As Forsight continues to grow, we will open homes in the following areas; Western Sydney, Sutherland Shire and Wollongong.
