Bathers' Pavilion is Sydney's most iconic beachside restaurant and is just 20 minutes from the city. Here at Bathers’, we have a fine dining hatted restaurant, a casual bistro, a Thai restaurant, a function space, a takeaway kiosk, and an Art Gallery.

We are looking for a professional and passionate supervisor to join our Bistro team. This position can be full-time, part-time time or casual. Applicants must have full Australian working rights.

Bathers Bistro is a busy, fast-paced restaurant that operates breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days per week.

**Qualifications/Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Must hold a current NSW RSA Certificate

**Duties & responsibilities**:

- Supervising the floor staff and opening and closing procedures.
- Assisting guests with menu selections, offering recommendations, and taking orders.
- Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently, ensuring high-quality presentation.
- Anticipating guest' needs and providing exceptional service throughout their visit.
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Have the ability to multitask.
