**Qualifications**:
Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking or higher.

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or in a relevant field.

Certifications such as CFA, CPA, or currently working towards these or similar qualifications are highly regarded.

Understanding and the ability to read complex financials.

**Experience**:

- **Mortgage Broking & Lending**: 1-3 years in mortgage broking, residential, or commercial lending.
- **Credit Analysis**: Previous experience as a credit analyst, with expertise in both quantitative and qualitative credit risk assessment.
- **Financial Modelling**: Strong financial modelling skills to support complex loan evaluations.
- **Customer Service & Sales**: Background in customer relations or sales preferred.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process both residential and commercial loans from start to finish.
- Manage customer enquiries and loan communications.
- For retail clients conduct comprehensive client assessments to understand goals and constraints.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and complete necessary documentation.
- Conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative credit risk analysis for complex financial structures.
- Develop financial models to assess loans for business acquisitions and asset financing.
- Provide tailored lending solutions, negotiating terms with lenders.
- Network within the community to establish referral relationships.
- Utilize an advanced loan platform for efficient document management and client communications.
