Loan Processor and Client Support

**Your duties will include**:

- Liaising with clients in a professional manner and keeping them up to date throughout the loan process
- Liaise with brokers and external service providers as require
- Managing loan files from submission through to settlement and ensuring the compliance of all documents
- Following up with lenders, solicitors and other third parties
- Updating CRM
- **This a work from the office role, not home based**

**About You**:

- High degree of attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Must be highly organised, with excellent time management skills and be able to multi-task
- Strong proficiency across a range of software packages including Outlook, Excel and Salestrekker would be an advantage
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
