**The Opportunity**

Our Global Commercial & Pricing function partner with the most senior leaders in our firm and focus on financial management, commercial performance and strategic operational planning. The team is highly regarded and known for being at the forefront of industry best practice. This is a newly created role in the Commercial & Pricing leadership team for the APAC region and will draw upon your exceptional ability to network globally with Division Heads, Practice Heads, Partners, and Heads of Region to drive collaboration, best practices and enhance the financial and commercial performance of our firm.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with global peers, particularly your counterpart in UK/US/EMEA to synchronise business management and commercial activities, ensuring consistency in financial processes and cycles
- Take on responsibilities for Divisions and Regional growth strategies as required
- Provide exceptional leadership to a team of Regional Business Managers and oversee day to day activities
- Handle client and matter pricing, as well as profitability management
- Lead Commercial Finance projects that align with our firm's strategic goals

- Exceptionally strong leadership capability, with proven ability to lead senior professionals through change and transformation
- Demonstrated success in driving sustainable high performance of a team
- Superb networking and business partnering skills, with the ability to engage Executive teams and driving financial performance
- A professional business qualification (e.g. CPA, ACA, ACCA, MBA).
- Relevant industry experience from a law firm or professional services firm and an understanding of partnership models to build and sustain value-driven client relationships
- Experience in Asian markets will be highly regarded
