As the **Electrical Metering Supervisor, **you will supervise our team of smart metering technicians on our newly awarded meter exchange project with Intellihub. This hands-on role will provide leadership and support to our technicians in the field and involve training, auditing, and escalations to achieve zero harm, safe systems of work, quality, and performance objectives. The role will be based predominantly in Adelaide Metro and surrounding areas, including regional SA. A company vehicle will be provided.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Relevant Electrical experience working in a similar role within Metering / Utilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills coupled with well-developed interpersonal and leadership capability
- Demonstrated experience supervising work crews and leading by example
- Current Electrical License and relevant Metering qualifications
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to travel to support and audit technicians in all working areas (includes overnight stays in regional towns)
- Working collaboratively to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and work orders
- Ensure that the environment is safe, and zero harm initiatives are implemented and followed by work crewsHighly skilled with technology and programs
