If you are a strong and dedicated Diploma qualified educator, this could be the role for you

Working to support existing educators in implementing the three year old preschool initiative in this Service, you would need to be an experienced educator with great confidence in your ability to effectively document children's development, handle challenging behaviours, and work as part of a team.

**What are the essentials**:

- you must be Diploma qualified in Early Childhood Education / Children's Services
- you must hold a current WWVP check
- you must have experience as a senior educator and/or room leader
- you must have a solid understanding of the NQF and ELYF
- you must be a positive, flexible and enthusiastic person with strong interpersonal skills
