**The Team**

MinterEllison’s Automation and Client Solutions team is focussed on utilising people expertise, refined business processes and innovative digital platforms and automation to facilitate the delivery of all our client-facing legal services across the business.

**The Role**

An exciting opportunity as a Legal Project Management Analyst is available within our growing Legal Project Management function. This is a newly created full-time permanent role which plays an essential role in providing administrative support to our senior legal project management team to ensure matters are setup correctly such as estimates, matter plans and budget trackers. This role is open to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane or Adelaide with hybrid working arrangements available.

In this role you will have the opportunity to:

- Create legal project management communications including newsletters, training content and user guides
- Prepare project documentation including matter plans, narrative guidelines, fee estimates and budget trackers, with input from our legal team stakeholders and legal project management team
- Generate revenue through engagement on complex / high demand matters and meeting assigned KPIs
- Support our Legal Project Management Lead in designing and delivering training to upskill our legal and support staff and ingrain legal project management principles into general matter management across the firm
- Champion the benefits of legal project management to stakeholders across the business to garner support for legal project management initiatives
- Contribute to the growth of our suite of tools and templates to be leveraged by the legal project management team and our lawyers
- Implement technology solutions to support effective legal project management.

- Strong client-facing skills and experience, preferably within a legal environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively whilst maintaining focus on internal efficiency
- High level of resilience and the ability to respond to client and project changes and work under pressure and tight timeframes
- Superb time management, judgment, decision-making and problem solving skills
- Excellent IT skills, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Experience assisting or supporting a project team
- Qualifications in Law, project management or IT are advantageous but not mandatory
