**More about what you’ll do**

We have an amazing opportunity for an Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various contracts that fall under our Enterprise and Government segments.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing our customers with a core focus on creating and enhancing relationships throughout the business.

You will be comfortable in establishing yourself as the lead point of contact for all matters and develop trusted relationships. Your curious nature will see you develop appropriate strategies to enhance all portfolios and allow you to confidently relate to and articulate the benefits COS has to offer.

Your proven track record of exceeding targets and your ability to deliver the best customer experience will help you succeed in this exciting and challenging role.

Key objectives and accountabilities:

- Customer ownership; taking your personality to our customers, achieving outcomes
- Closing sales of our expanding and shifting product range to your warm customer base of contractually managed clients
- Work dynamically to manage the pace and variety of tasks the role has on offer each day
