We are looking for an experienced Facility Cleaners to join the Facility Cleaning Department at The Star Gold Coast.

As a Facility Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring all front and back of house areas are well maintained and kept to an exceptional standard to ensure that our Guests and Team Members experience a positive and hygienic environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Respond to leaning tasks as required
- Ensure team members work in a safe manner in line with all WH&S requirements
- Ability to work a rotating 24/7 roster within a large and diverse team
- Ensure all machinery and specialised chemicals are used in the correct manner, complying with company WHS policies, department SOP’s and trainings as well as supplier guidelines
- Make sure all pre-start checks are completed before use and ensure complete and thorough post-use cleaning and maintenance is completed when finished using a machine during shift.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or commercial cleaning, an excellent history of attendance & reliability
- Availability to work rotating shifts within a 24/7 environment
- The ability to work quickly and efficiently with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate a high performing team
