**The Role**
- Dawpark Office - full time permanent position_

Change lives and build stronger communities as you empower clients into employment.

This role provides caseload management for job seekers with disability. We do this through provision of high quality, timely and professional services. We need people who are customer focused and competitive to keep our edge over other providers.

Alongside job seeker support we facilitate the development of opportunities with employers and create strong ties with community stakeholders.

**Duties**
- Assist clients to set goals for employment including identifying smaller steps along the journey
- Work with employers to help them understand what to expect when hiring someone with disability (e.g. better attendance, great commitment, etc)
- Help clients into work, and support employers and clients to sustain it
- Collaborate with your teammates
- Maintain accurate records
