**About the Role**

Refined Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate **female Support Worker** to join our team in Croydon. The role involves providing in-home assistance with daily living tasks, maintaining hygiene, and following structured routines to ensure a safe and supportive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide personal and domestic support in line with care requirements.
- Follow hygiene practices, including correct sponge usage for dishes, benches, and cups.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and laundry areas (e.g., benchtops, sinks).
- Assist with laundry tasks when requested.
- Complete all tasks calmly, without rushing.
- Stay until the scheduled finish time (leaving early is not permitted).
- Communicate respectfully and check preferences with the participant when unsure.

**Key Requirements**
- Female Support Worker (requirement based on participant preference).
- Previous experience in disability support, aged care, or a similar role is highly regarded.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain high hygiene standards.
- Reliable, patient, and consistent approach to care.
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willing to obtain).
- First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
- Flexibility to work shifts in Croydon.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $33.15 - $42.85 per hour

Expected hours: 2 - 6 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Clearance (preferred)
- Police Check (preferred)
- First Aid and CPR (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
