Due to several significant project wins, our Sydney team is looking for a **Project Controller **to join our growing team.

The purpose of the role is to assist Project Managers, and Engineers with resource management, cost control, scheduling, project and process set up, and project delivery.

**As part of the team you will**:

- Development of project WBS, schedules, budgets and baselines
- Monitoring and reporting of project progress, expenditure and forecast to complete
- Variance analysis for cost and schedule, including identification of exceptions and corrective actions as appropriate;
- Earned Value Management in line with Australian Standards;
- Project schedule management using Primavera P6 or MS Project
- Project change management including compilation of variations against contract
- Support to the project risk and opportunity management including contingency management
- Engage and coordinate with the project leadership and project team to drive a robust project controls management approach.

**What we will like about you**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Project Controller, with exposure to infrastructure design engineering
- Proven experience in fee estimate, tenders, contracts, claims, variations, project planning, schedule integration, schedule analysis, cost analysis, and project performance measurement and management;
- Experience in constructing and maintaining logic driven project program in consultation with various stakeholders and SME’s
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision;
- Ability to work across multiple projects;
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and a high level of attention to detail;
- Excellent written skills;
- Exposure to data analytics and database driven solution
- Understanding of basic business finance and commercial
- A strong work ethic, self-starter and ability to relate well to both work colleagues within a team environment and external parties;
- An attitude which proactively contributes to and participates in a team environment;
- Commitment to safety in the workplace; and
- The right to work in Australia
