We’re looking for passionate and experienced individual to join our team at Little Sparrow Highpoint

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A friendly people-person with a positive attitude
- Someone who can work under pressure and think on their feet
- A confident communicator who enjoys engaging with customers
- For thisr role: 2+ years of experience in café management is required.

**Key Tasks this role encompasses**:

- Outstanding Barista Skills
- Rostering & Timesheet Management
- Product Ordering & Stock Management
- Leadership & Training

**Roster & Availability**:

- We operate 7 days a week (shopping centre hours)
- Must be available for a rotating roster, including weekends
- Café Manager must be available for full-time hours

**Location**: Little Sparrow - Highpoint Shopping Centre
**Note**: Only applicants currently residing in Australia will be considered.
