Love everything to do with cocktails? We specialise in the exciting niche area of quality cocktail ingredients and supplies, serving customers via our online channels and through our physical retail store, The Bitters Lab. As a member of our small close-knit team, you will specialise in customer service and sales of our specialty products in-store. The Bitters Lab is located in vibrant Fitzroy, with easy access via public transport.

SKILLS
- Knowledge of cocktails and cocktail ingredients and/or experience preparing cocktails strongly preferred
- A positive can-do attitude.
- Superb communication and customer service skills.
- A passion for quality and excellence in your work practices.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Experience in retail sales.
- A desire to seek continual improvement in what you do and how you do it.
- The ability to multitask, work well under pressure, and to work well with others.
- The ability to solve problems confidently and effectively.

KEY TASKS
- Provide excellent face-to-face customer service
- Develop an excellent knowledge of our products
- Assist the online packing team when required

Experience in a similar role is preferred. We will need to see relevant work history and references to support this. Food & Beverage experience will be regarded very favourably, as will a keen interest in cocktails

Location: Fitzroy VIC

**Job Type**: Part-Time, Permanent

Days: Two days initially: Wednesday required, and possible Thursday or Monday.
