**Chief Partnership Officer**
Full-Time; salaried, exempt
Salary range 120k-140k base plus commission/bonus structure
Remote with frequent travel
Reports to: CEO
**OVERVIEW**:
The Chief Partnership Officer reports directly to the CEO and is responsible for leading the ongoing development and execution of the supplier relations strategy. This key role will create and evolve the strategic vision for all procurement functions, partnering with executive peers across the organization to ensure their objectives are aligned and positioned to support company growth plans. They play an important role in creating and nurturing industry, supplier and partner relationships. And they provide expertise within the contracting and negotiating process to not only maintain mutually beneficial partnerships but also mitigate risk exposure to the company.

**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Embody the company’s culture and enliven the company’s vision, mission, and values providing inspired leadership company-wide
- Create an environment that promotes great performance and positive employee engagement
- Mentor and interact with staff members at all levels to foster growth and encourage development
- Communicate effectively and establish credibility throughout the organization as an effective developer of solutions to business challenges
- Development and directing of both short-term and long-term procurement strategies
- Establish organizational standards, benchmarks and scorecards for supplier management process in which to base and manage improvements
- Manage and direct contract and pricing negotiation, business planning and reviews, business continuance and escalation of operational issues
- Establishes and maintains relationships with key decision makers, industry influencers, clients, suppliers and strategic partners
- Collaborate with field-based operations teams to ensure alignment of supplier strategies
- Develop and implement supplier maximization strategy to create new revenue streams
- Partner with executive team to create new and enhance existing partnerships, alliances and other growth opportunities
- Provides information to the Executive Team on issues affecting the company, specifically regarding growth opportunities, alliances, and partnerships

**Physical Requirements**:
