Receptionist - Swim School

**About Us**:
Swimtastic is a thriving swim school in Hornsby dedicated to delivering high-quality swimming lessons in a fun, safe, and family-friendly environment. We're looking for a friendly and organised **Receptionist** to join our team and be the first point of contact for our clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service to parents and guardians
- Manage enrolments, bookings, and customer accounts
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Keep the reception and facility clean and organised
- Support management with daily administrative tasks

**What We’re Looking For**:

- At least 2 **years of customer service or reception experience**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Highly organised and detail-oriented
- Able to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment
- Friendly, professional, and reliable

**Availability**:

- Must be available on **Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays**:
