Admin Assistant/receptionist

Ignite Music is excited to be opening up an admin/receptionist/all rounder role for Saturdays at our Dural Studios.

We are a fast paced, busy and fun business, providing music tuition to students of all ages. We are on the lookout for a bubbly, personable, capable and friendly team member to man the desk on a Saturday from 8am-4pm each week.

You will be trained to deeply understand our scheduling system, our policies and our business so you can take bookings for lessons and be able to handle all enquiries that may come in over the weekend.

Reliability is highly important in this role as you will be in charge of opening and closing the studios for the day. Must have ability to drive as role may require trips for supplies etc.
