**The Role**:
As a Spotlight Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Providing extensive leadership in a big box/large format retail environment
- Demonstrating strong business acumen and experience with P&L management, wages, cost control etc.
- Empowering and mentoring your team through talent pipelines and development plans
- Managing performance and providing feedback
- Overseeing high-volume stock management with precision
- Leading stock takes and maintaining stock levels
- Completing in-store walk through's, seasonal changes, actioning promotional activities and store standards
- Leading from the front in all areas of the business
- Driving store goals and KPI's

We are looking for someone with:

- Essential experience in Store Retail Management
- Preferred experience in managing high-volume or big box stock
- A leadership style with an Owner's Mindset
- A passionate attitude that inspires your team to exceed goals
- Experience in creating and implementing development and performance plans
- A resilient, problem-solving approach driven by innovation and time management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computer systems
- First Aid certification, or a willingness to be trained at our expense
